   With its head office located in Taipei, Uni-Freight Logistics Co., Ltd. (“UFL”) was founded upon Taiwan government’s approval in March 2002 with a capital of NT$15,000,000 (Registration No. 00813), and set up a representative office in Shanghai in April 2002. It obtained a forwarder license (NVOCC) No. MOC-NV01267 issued by the Ministry of Communications, China on January 6, 2004.
