HGM PORT LOGISTICS was founded in 2012 as a full-fledged subsidiary of Fidelitas Ltd, a Bulgarian company with more than 20 years of experience in marine and inspection services.

HGM Port Logistics was created to offer a bundle of integrated services in Heavy, Grain and Marine Logistics, as well as professional Claims Management services.

As of today, the company has offices in Bulgaria and Romania (Varna, Bourgas, Sofia and Constanta) covering the main ports on the Black Sea coast and the major gateways in both countries.
