After having worked for 14 years in Eurochem and her Factories,  Alex Tsaran and 

Andrei Goulevatyi have made a decision to start our own company fully operational from 1st of December 2015 .
Company Vigor is active in Chartering, Operations, Railway transportation within 
Ukraine, Russia, Belorussia, Baltic Countries as well as Transshipment for 
dry bulk and liquid sectors.
 
Our office in Greece employs to this date 10 professional staff. 
 We personally use the knowledge, experience and connections network obtained 
through last 30 combined years of working for fertilizer producers and traders, 
in chartering & railway transportation.
 
Our office in Kiev is concentrating on Intel of railway market and execution 
of Operations for railway transportation.
