Shipmanagement & Shipping related activities are the prime business of Glory Shipmanagement. We are at present involved in vessel management, Manning, Chartering Operating, Barging, and Transporting Project cargoes etc.

We provide the necessary personnel for manning of ship (s) and also undertaking technical services as required to keep the Ship(S) in good condition as required under the maritime law of the country. Shortly put, the services include keeping ship seaworthy manning with competent Officers/Crew & valid ship’s certificate from the concerned authority. Proper inspection and technical maintenance of the ships carried out by competent shore engineers ensures safe and smooth operation of the vessel.

On the manning side, we provide the necessary personnel (as per Flag State’s Safe manning Document) at various levels after verifying all documents, by proper interview, medical fitness & by familiarizing them about our company policy, ISM Code, type of operation of the vessel etc. During officers/Crew stay on board, we monitor them continuously by Appraisal / Familiarization report and provide necessary shipboard training / drills / in order to maintain and operate vessel efficiently.
