Light characteristics of Fl310s not shown on charts until Sept 1937. Built by Chance Bros. Co. Ltd. from drawings dated Jan 1931. Fog signal was originally a bell this was removed in 1998. Fog signal is now a horn 1 blast every 20 seconds - this is operated remotely from Avonmouth Signal Station Bristol VTS
