The semi-submersible heavy transport vessel XIN GUANG HUA, loaded with the FPSO WESTERN ISLE. The XIN GUANG HUA is currently the second largest semi-submersible heavy transport vessel in the world. This was her second trip, and her first visit to the Port of Rotterdam.
