De Bock Maritiem B.V. is a shipping company with currently 5 ships, which all have Alkmaar as homeport.

The first vessel, the "Smaragd" (2339 GT / 749 kW), is since June 20th 2003 into service.

The second vessel, the"Saffier" (3970 GT / 2720 kW), is since April 11th 2008into service.
The third vessel, the“Sardius” (3477 GT / 1800 kW), is since July 1st 2011 into service.
The fourth vessel, the “Amadeus Aquamarijn” and the fifth ship the “Amadeus Amethist”  (both 1898 GT / 1156 kW), are since January 8th 2016 added to our fleet.

The Smaragd and Saffier are built at Barkmeijer Shipyards in Stroobos, The Netherlands, 
The Sardius is built by Scheepswerf Peters in Kampen, The Netherlands.

Trading area: Europe, Africa and the Middle-East.

The Amadeus Aquamarijn & Amadeus Amethist are both sister ships and are built by Sche
