Karmøy Skipsconsult AS is an owner-operated company which has been providing a range of engineering services to the maritime community for 30 years.

We provide a wide range of maritime and landbased engineering services including stability documentation, rebuild /redesign drawings and documentation, repairs and new-build drawings and documentation.

We also offer assistance in selection of shipyard and suppliers for repairs, rebuild or new build, collect information pertaining to purchase of vessel and assist in certification, documentation and registration of vessels imported to Norway.

Our engineers are very experienced and have long working relationships with DNV GL, Sjøfartsdirektoratet (NMD), Det Norske Veritas and other classification entities, and strive to do their best to accommodate the Shipowners wishes in regards to redesign and new builds while abiding to Class regulations.
