We supply quality spares for turbochargers,manufactured for major brands as ABB,MAN, KBB, Napier, Mitsubishi, PBS and IHI. TurboSpares has built its reputation on rapidresponse times with high- quality service levels for turbochargers in marine,industrial and power-generation applications. A large stock enables us tosupply a wide range of turbocharger spares at short notice. All components leaving the TurboSparesworkshop are fully inspected and securely packed to ensure safe shipment.

Bearing Technology is a key skill for TurboSpares. Weare the authorized supplier for the German SLF hybrid ball- and rollerbearings, special designed for the turbocharger high speed application. As anexample, an excellent solution for high loaded power plants and  ferries, with a lot of starts, stops and loadchanges. 

Besides this, the company offers full overhaulfacilities for turbocharger cartridges with the option of a cartridge exchangeservice for auxiliary engines,  includingoverhaul-and-warehousing.  Operators cancall of the stored spare cartridge on short notice which will reduce shipdowntime significantly. Under this arrangement, ship’s crew can change thecomplete cartridge and return the usedone to our workshop for overhaul. This system is interesting for ship ownerswith the same type of auxiliary engines and turbochargers in the fleet. Withassociated operation cost savings.

Turbochargers will be critical in meeting the IMO TierIII emission targets. With our supplies we follow the latest modifications, incompliance with the IMO environmental regulations. Given the necessary IMOidentification numbers, we will deliver spares parts against the correctspecification, as registered in technical files.
