MIVC is a privately owned company that was incorporated under Singajori Venture Sdn Bhd ( Group Holding Company) to carry out business to invest, design & develop, operate, business manage and maintain seaport, terminal, jetty, marina,and shipyard. MIVC also carries out businesses related to tourism, transportations ( sea, land & air ) and property development and tourism related operations. Since 2012, MIVC has been appointed by Johor Port Authority (JPA) to manage, maintain and enhance the capital development of Tg Belungkor Ferry Terminal and to facilitate JPA in providing adequate and efficient port services and facilities for all port users at the terminal.
