The OFCC works with the commercial fishing industry and developers of subsea cables off the Oregoncoast. We were founded in 1998 andcontinue our original mission of communication, cooperation and coordinationbetween the commercial trawl fishing industry and the subsea cable sector.  We have found that mutual understanding,respect and trust allows for cable installations off the Oregon coast that haveminimal impact to the fishing industry and the undersea cableinfrastructure.
